The CF-HQ290Z Colonovideoscope is the optical magnification scope intended for observation of the colon with insertion from the anus and provides magnification of up to x80. The CF-HQ290Z features HQ image quality enabled by advanved optical technology, providing enhanced and crisper images compared with conventional Hight definition scope. The field of view has also been expanded from 140° to 170° (under normal conditions) to assist the detection of hidden lesions on the folded surfaces of the colon. Coupled with optical magnification and NBI, the endoscope supports the detailed obesrvation by enhancing small features such as blood vessels and the surface patterns on mucous membranes.

  Wide Viewing Angle

  RIT (Responsive Insertion Technology)

  RIT combines three proprietary insertion tube technologies: PB (Passive Bending), HFT (High Force Transmission) and variable stiffness. These technologies are designed to facilitate complete colonoscopies by improving scope handling, insertability and ergonomics.

  PB helps EVIS LUCERA ELITE 290 Series scopes move through acute bends in the colon.

  HFT provides improved operator control for pushing, pulling and twisting maneuvers.

  Variable stiffness allows the physician to adjust the rigidity of OLYMPUS scopes as needed, by simply turning an adjustment ring on the scope control section.
